Technology is central in building  the customer experience that can increase people’s trust in brands

The latest at Salesforce’s annual Dreamforce conference was all about technology and how it can make lives easier. From improving customer engagement to better alignment between staff and customers. So far for the good news but, as they say, “technology follows everything else” so we may not have seen the end of the human touch after all.

Long story short, the general outlook is all about considering tech as the source of enhanced human interaction but not as its replacement.
